Google has announced that Chrome support for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 will be stopped from the beginning of next year. Chrome 110, which will be released on February 07 next year, does not support both of these operating systems. But even though users can continue to use older versions of Chrome, they will not get new features or security updates.
Google had said to upgrade their computers to Windows 10 or Windows 11 to continue receiving Chrome updates. However, these new operating systems do not support the old computers of many companies and this becomes a bit difficult for those who find it difficult to buy new computers.
